Create a Critter- Merci cards.

These are just some quick Thank you cards I put together. They are very simple and to the point, but of course they are so very cute with the little "critters". The little bird only has the flower embellishment and ribbon to match her beak as well as the polka-dots on the background paper. The Poodle has texture by using the swiss dots on the Cuttlebug. She also has chalk ink and I finished her off with some adorable little brads to dress up her little pink bows.  TFL!

Robotz / CLP Monthly Challenge

This cute little card was inspired by the CLP challenge, over at CLPchallenge.blogspot.com. I didn't write in it, because I haven't decided on the caption yet. The cuts are from Robots & George. I also used a MS punch for the edge, and cuttlebug for the textured blue strip. Edge scissors, chalk ink, and hand-drawn stitching. The gears are a stamp from Technique Tuesday. I had a blast making this. TFL!

Create a Critter/ Peek-a-boo card

This is such a cutesy cart! I am definitley looking forward to using this again and again. I got the idea for this card from a Utube tutorial (sorry I couldn't find the name). It is a 4" by 7" card and the sides are accordion folded to allow it to "move". All the cuts are from Create a Critter, including the window (3 3/4"), cut using the Center Point feature on the E. The tree is cut at 3 3/4", and all other cuts are at 2" except the lil' bit of grass cut at 1". I also added stickles to the butterfly, tulips, and the eyes and antennae of the caterpillar. The little apple reads "for you". So sweet!

Altered Chipboard / Pretty little purse

This is a gift for a friend of my son's. She will be 5 years old and os soo cute, I just had to do the girly thing and make her a purse album! The font is Mini Monograms (if you can see it under the bling!) The die cuts are Mickey and Friends, the purse stamps and ladybug are Close to My Heart, and the white and blue flowers are my own design, done in acrylic. I also added some rub-ons and ribbon. TFL!!

Robotz- Domo Arigato Mr. Roboto!!

LOVE this cart!! This is my 1st try at these little critters. My sons loved him. I see more robots in my future! Leave a comment if you have any questions on the construction :) TFL!

Happy Dance!

Happy Easter everyone! There's always a silver lining, and of course the day calls for us to celebrate our faith in the Living Christ!! Woohoo!
There's so much that I am thankful for today, most importantly the love of our God. It is also a good day to thank those that I've met through this blog and other places I frequent on the net. You all lend support and have such kind things to say, it really makes my day sometimes.
On that note, I want to thank the ladies from BittenBytheBug2. These ladies form a great team, and I'm so glad they've kept up they're blog since it provides everyone else with a little nudge of inspiration to get going on projects. They've been so kind as to let me win a prize that I cannot wait to get in the mail! I hope to have my camera up in order so I can send them pics of what I make. Again, thank you, thank you, thank you!
